Where is Bayview?
Bayview is located on a hill overlooking Siletz Bay and the Pacific Ocean near Lincoln City’s popular Taft Historic District. Bayview is also adjacent to Taft High School. From Highway 101, turn left onto SE High School Drive. Take another left onto SE 48th Place and follow the signs into Bayview.

How large are the home sites in Bayview?
The home sites within the Bayview community are wonderfully oversized. The largest home site in Bayview is nearly half an acre, and the smallest home site is nearly 6,000 square feet – bigger than the largest home sites in other area communities. This leaves each home with the feeling of solitude and open space, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere for homeowners.

What view can I expect from a Bayview home?

Does Bayview have a clubhouse or swimming pool?
Yes! Bayview’s 4,000-plus square foot clubhouse features an indoor heating swimming pool, spa, exercise room and family meeting room for any occasion. Can I buy a home site and build my own home?
Yes. Home sites are available for individual sale, either for a custom home or for one of the many home plans offered at Bayview. Home designs on all Bayview home sites are governed by strict architectural guidelines and CC&Rs in order to maintain community cohesiveness, view corridors and the unique Bayview environment.

Will the Bayview team build a custom house plan?
Yes, we will build a custom home for you on a Bayview home site. We will work with you to ensure your new home meets all the requirements of the Bayview architectural design guidelines.

Is Bayview a gated community?
No, Bayview is not a gated community. However, Bayview’s location high on a hilltop above Siletz Bay and the Pacific Ocean – and well above the neighboring communities – will, by geography alone, provide a degree of privacy and security.
